Constitutional Speaker REBECCA ODELL TOWNSEND to be a featured educational speaker at Plant City Tea Party!



Rebecca Odell Townsend to educate at the Plant City Tea Party on Constitutional Issues.

Ms. Townsend is the immediate past president of the Suncoast Women’s Republican Club in St. Petersburg, Florida and a founding member of the Downtown Tampa Women’s Republican Club. She was appointed by Governor Jeb Bush to Florida’s Film and Entertainment Council for a four year term and by the Florida Supreme Court to its Committee on Art in the Courtroom.

Ms. Townsend is a native of St. Petersburg, graduating from Eckerd College with honors in Pre-med biology and graduating first in my entering class at Stetson University College of Law.

She is an appellate attorney, practicing before the U.S. Supreme Court, Eleventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeal, Florida Supreme Court and other federal and state appellate courts. I am an Alliance Defense Fund allied attorney and a member of its honor corps. I have filed briefs to the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of Liberty Counsel, Wallbuilders and William Federer.

Ms Townsend has been traveling around the country speaking on "Our Current Constitutional Crisis: the loss of our republican form of government." Her speech entails explaining the Constitution and each branch's role within the Constitution. It is a dynamic lesson in American history and civics.She teachs patriots how to regain control of their government.

Ms Townsend has been the featured speaker for the Pinellas County, Hillsborough County, Polk County, Indian River County, Volusia County, Hendry County and Seminole County Republican Executive Committees, as well as the Georgia Federation of Republican Women and the Texas Federation of Republican Women. I have been a keynote speaker at the 6th Annual Bill of Rights Banquet sponsored by the Constitution Committee in West Palm Beach, the National Federation of Republican Assemblies Northeast Conference in Rhode Island and the Daughters of the American Revolution Northeast Regents Council in Jacksonville, Florida.
